Our head office and support team are located in the Pacific region. We have at least 2+ hours of business hours cross over from the east coast of North America to the middle east and everywhere in-between.
Support outside of NZ Business hours is by service level agreement only.
Onsite training by one of our local Australian or NZ based representatives is by arrangement only. COVID-19 travel restrictions have made onsite training difficult.
