Scheduled Maintenance - 14th Sept

To cope with increasing demand we have a scheduled outage at 10am NZST on the 14th of September to increase our capacity.  (10pm UTC 13th Sept)
This upgrade should result in a noticeable improvement in system response times, however it does mean there will be a small period of time when the app will be unable to check-in or send updates to the server.  The outage should only take less than 10 minutes, however please allow up to one hour.  
Any activities currently in progress when the outage starts won't send any emails, SMS or phone calls during the outage and these will send once service is restored. 
The GHS dashboard will not work at all during the outage.
A message will be posted on https://www.gethomesafe.com/news/ when the system is back up and running as normal.
